Maureen Jane Robbins

Maureen Jane Robbins, age 64, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.  She was born December 21, 1957 to Betty and Alfred McLane in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  She was a graduate of Highland High School in Albuquerque, NM, Class of 1976.  She then furthered her education by attending University of New Mexico. She married the love of her  life and best friend, Larry Don Robbins, on June 21, 1980 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Albuquerque, NM.  She was a devoted mother to their two children, Nicole Michelle Robbins and Christopher Patrick Robbins.  She enjoyed gardening, writing, and camping.  She loved spending time with her family.  She was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Albuquerque, NM.  Maureen was a dedicated worker to Healthcare and Assisted Living for 45 years.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole Michelle Robbins; parents, Betty and Alfred McLane; grandparents, Dee and Alfred McLane Sr. and Mary Lee and Thomas Snodgrass.

Maureen is survived by her loving husband, Larry Don Robbins of Rio Rancho, NM; son, Christopher Patrick Robbins of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Kylie Michelle Robbins and Christian Michael Kotliski of Rio Rancho, NM; sisters, Mary McLane of Rio Rancho, NM and Melissa Dunn of Corrales, NM; brother, Paul McLane of Albuquerque, NM; and her special pet dogs, Milo and Bella.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, July 18, 2022, 11:00 AM, First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho, 3906 19th Avenue SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
