Maxine G. Welch

WELCH, MAXINE G., 87, of Aztec, departed this life Thursday, September 24, 2009 at her residence. Mrs. Welch was born March 23, 1922, in Inola, Oklahoma, the daughter of James Allen and Letta Belle Maner. She and her husband, Haskell Welch who preceded her in death in 1986, moved to the area in 1968. She was an active and faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Aztec and a former president of the Cedar Hill Farm Local. Mrs. Welch was also preceded in death by her son Claude Ray Welch and grandchildren, Carol Bernardin and Wade Welch and 6 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Kenneth Welch (Judith); grandchildren, Roy Welch and Deborah Lowe; 4 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren and 5 brothers and sisters. Pall Bearers will be Jacob Welch, Don Bernardin, T J Bernardin and Willard Hottell. Funeral services are entrusted to: Cope Memorial Chapel 404 W. Arrington Farmington, NM 87401
