Melvin Leroy Davis

DAVIS, Melvin Leroy, age 76, a resident of Albuquerque, NM since the late 50��?�s passed away January 11, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Essie Davis; son, Paul Davis; sister, Shirlee Gagan. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Georgia Bracken-Davis of Albuquerque, NM; children, Ginger Clotsworthy Greg Davis, Conrad Davis and wife Diana, Debbie Davis, Eric Davis and wife MaryAnn, Terri Barnes and husband Dennis, Amanda Davis of Santa Fe, NM, Julie Apodaca and husband Bob, Tammy Kincaid, Wayne Kincaid, Carrie Kincaid, Christopher Patrick Sharp of Japan; 30 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Donald and Norman Davis; sisters, Carlyn Green and Carol Sue Sears. He loved his Bluegrass music and was a member of the Big River Boys for over 20 years. He loved his farm including all the horses, Llamas, chickens, doves and all other animals that came his way. He had a deep love for his children and family. His life was a great story and these memories will live in us forever. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am, Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at Valley Christian Church, 2850 Gun Club SW, Albuquerque, NM. Interment will be at Fairview Memorial Park.
