Merle Hutchens

Hutchens, Merle Age 72, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 29, 2014. He was born in Portales, NM on December 21, 1941, to Elvin Hutchens and Helen Baker. He was preceded in death by his daughter Terry Higgins and brother Harold Hutchens. Merle is survived by his loving partner Cynthia McGuinn; son James Hutchens wife Jamin and Joey Hutchens wife Jessica; grandchildren Michelle Alquire, James E. Hutchens, Corey Walker, Kaitlyn Hutchens, Hunter Hutchens, and Ellisa Hutchens; siblings Mary Evelyn Massey husband Frank and Wanda Evans husband Glenn; wife of 40 years Janice Hutchens; best friend Roy Green. Merle will be greatly missed by numerous friends, relatives, and all that knew and loved him. Memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 2, 2014, at Daniels Family Funeral Services-Carlisle Chapel, 3113 Carlisle NE, Albuquerque, NM.
