Micaela Romero

Micaela Romero Loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the age of 87. She was born in Cuchillo, NM to Pedro and Pilar. Micaela adored her family and loved spending time with them. She is preceded in death by her husband Alfonso; son Tony Romero; brother Don Montoya and sister Domenica Romero. Micaela is survived by her daughter Carolyn Romero; grandchildren Russell Romero and girlfriend Sandi, Greg Romero and girlfriend Val, Steven Romero; great-grandchildren Estefan Romero, Elliott Romero, Myra Romero; sisters Nancy Montoya, Grace Vance; her daughter in law Jane Romero and numerous relatives and friends. Micaela will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Visitation will take place Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at San Jose Parish Church from 9:00 am to 9: 30 am followed by a reciting of the Rosary at 9:30 am. Service will be begin at 10:00 am; Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers are Russell Romero, Greg Romero, Steve Romero, Elliott Romero, Albert Montoya and Alfred Torres.
