Michael Scott Peyton

PEYTON - Michael Scott Peyton tragically died in an ATV accident on Father's Day, June 21, 2009. Mike was born on December 17, 1963 in Warner Robins, Georgia to William Henry Peyton and Gail Rice Peyton, who predeceased him. He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife, Angelia, children Brittany Michelle (Lorenzo), Nicholas Adam (Desi), and Sean Christian; grandson, Devin Michael; siblings, Edward Peyton (Maria), Katherine Thomas (Dan), Janet Steele (David), and Robert Peyton (Sally); mother-in-law, Barbara Davidson (Ken); sisters-in-law, Pamelia Garza (Lester) and Julie Loftus (Tom), and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Mike was a talented man who could literally build or fix anything. Anyone who was fortunate enough to work with Mike can attest to his honesty and strong work ethic. He enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler "Therapy" and playing with his grandson. Mike was a friend for life and looked forward to conversations with friends, especially Marco Leyva and Lorenzo Barela. Of all of the joy Mike had in his life, however, his love for Angelia is truly his legacy. Mike and Angelia shared a love that was rare and complete. Mike constantly declared his love for Angelia through his daily rituals of caring for and pampering her. They were rarely apart and strived to spend each possible moment together. Mike and Angelia were truly joined before this life and will be joined forever in eternity by the desperate and all-consuming love they shared.
