Michael A Roberts

Roberts, Michael A 26, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20, 2013 with his family by his side. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on March 16, 1987 to Richard and Bernadette (Sedillo) Roberts. He was a lifelong resident of Socorro and even though he left us way to soon he touched many peoples lives. Michael loved to ride his bike, hunt, and fish. He enjoyed watching football and baseball, always going for the Eagles and the Dodgers. Michael will always be remembered for his smile and his big heart. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Atanacia Sedillo; his grandfather, Jack Roberts; and his auntie, Linda Gray. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Sherree (Torres) Roberts; his parents, Bernadette "Bennie" Roberts; and Richard Roberts and his wife, Silvia; his children, LeeShell and Michael Jr. Roberts; his brothers, Dickie Chavez and wife, Miquela; and Joseph Valenzuela and wife, Brandi; his sisters, Michelle Roberts; Amanda Tucker and husband, Aaron; and Valerie Roberts; his grandfather, Ciriaco Sedillo; his grandmother, Christina Roberts; and many nieces, nephews, other loving family members and close friends. The Holy Rosary will be recited on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 9:30 am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real , Socorro, followed by a Communion Service which will begin at 10:00 am with Deacon Mike Ybarra officiating. Interment will take place in the Luis Lopez Cemetery. Pallbearers are Mario Jaramillo, Joseph "Scooter" Reichenbach, Danny "Drey" Macias, Rudy Lucero, Steven Molina and Tony Silva.
