Minnie L Prange

Minnie L. Prange, 100, of Farmington, NM, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2011 in Farmington. She was born July 31, 1910 in Vermillon, Illinois to Joe and Mary Reel. Minnie was a Restaurant owner and housewife. She liked doing latch hook, crossword puzzles and playing Canasta. Minnie was predeceased by her husbands, Clair Davis and Walt Prange, a son, James and a daughter Janie. She was also predeceased by two sisters, Myra and Belle. She is survived by her sons, Robert of Washington and Raymond (Marylin) of Oregon, daughters Joanne and special friend Joe of Farmington and Gail (Bruce) of Colorado. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren, and three nieces, Jeanette of Colorado, Georgia of California and Patricia of California. A special thanks for the compassion and kindness given to Minnie while she was at the Beehive Homes for the past 14 months. Also to the doctors, nurses and all others at San Juan Regional Medical Center who took care of Minnie her last four days. At Minnie’s request there will be no services.
