Molly Lou McCall

Molly Lou McCall, of Farmington, passed peacefully Sunday, August 23, 2009, with family at her side. She was born She was born July 10, 1931, in Grand Junction, CO., to O.B. and Roberta Herrick. She grew up in Norwood, CO. as one of six children. Molly was a small town girl with small town values; she enjoyed family and the outdoors. Molly married Galen D. McCall of Norwood in 1950. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1994; her sisters Leona and Mayone; and her brothers, Jack and Robert. She is survived by two sons, Donald (Diane) McCall and Thomas (Dedy) McCall of Farmington; and her brother Bill (Dee) Herrick of Grand Junction, Colorado. She leaves behind seven grandchildren; Craig (Karen) McCall and Heidi (Pete) Macalusa of Durango, CO; Danielle (Justin) Hastings, Meagan Adkins, Cody Jividen, Samantha McCall and Nick McCall of Farmington. Her 10 great-grandchildren will also mourn her passing. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the Norwood Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 434, Norwood, CO. 81423.
