She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Frank Lucero, Henry Baca, and Joe Romero and grandmother, Mary Chavez. Monica is survived by her son Romeo Martinez, father Patrick Joseph Lucero, mother Priscilla Lucero, brothers Shelby Lucero and Patrick Lucero, Jr., grandmother Arsenia G. Romero, and grandfather Frank Chavez. There are a magnitude of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends that Monica loved dearly. Monica was fun-loving, honest, warm and loving. She was a very artistic and visual individual. She loved her family beyond measure. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
