Myrtle D. Hall, 91, of Aztec, NM, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 in Aztec. Myrtle was born October 31, 1917 to Clarence G. and Lillie D. Bridges in Texas. As a young child her parents and her four brothers traveled in a covered wagon from Texas to Missouri and back to settle in Roaring Springs, Texas. Myrtle married William L. (Jack) Hall on June 29, 1935. They moved in the 50's to Amarillo then Lubbock, came to Farmington in 1956, then moved to Albuquerque and to Aztec, which has been her home since 1982. Myrtle was a seamstress all her life and owned her own successful drapery business. She had the most beautiful yard and flowers. She was especially proud of her roses. She loved the Lord and her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her most prized possessions. She thoroughly enjoyed making photo albums to sell and give away. She touched the lives of so many people. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence G. and Lillie D. Bridges; husband, William L. (Jack) Hall; son, Jack, two brothers, a grandson, two great-grandchildren, and son-in-law Jim Deal. She is survived by Mildred (Eddy) Jones, of Nashville, TN, Melvin (Dianne), Bud Hall of Flora Vista, Gayle (Fred) Maurer of Victoria, TX and Jacky Deal of Blanco; and 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Lumar Jones, Lynn LeFevre, Wes Hall, Garrett Hall, Kevin Larry, and Bob Carpenter. Honorary pallbearers are Patricia, Georgia, Pat Pauley, staff, and residents of Good Sam's.
