Nancy Abbott July 6, 2009 Nancy Abbott, 53, died early Monday morning, July 6, 2009. Nancy was born and lived her life in San Juan County. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Bud Abbott and Vera Abbott Quimby; brother Sonny Abbott; sister Donna Goode. She left behind four children, Nora Williams and husband, Mark of Aztec, Beth Jones and husband Tim of Aztec, Andy Vaughn and wife Karlie Thorp, recently returned from South Africa, and Josh Vaughn and wife Heather Whitaker, of Grand Junction, CO.; six grandchildren, Alex Jones, Ethan Reimers, Nicolas Jones, Lauren Reimers, Laynee Williams, Caleb Vaughn, and arriving soon, Allie Vaughn. She is mourned by her children and grandchildren; her brother, Don Abbott and his wife Lynn; and many friends. Cremation will follow at Alternative Choice Cremation and Funeral Services, 804 N.
