Nugget Vaughn Landin

Nugget Vaughn Landin passed away on March 7, 2022 in Albuquerque, NM at the age of 45.

Nugget is survived by his beloved wife of 17 years, Suzanne Landin of Albuquerque, NM; children, Broderick, McKenzie, and Ellie-Jean Landin of Albuquerque, NM; mother, Elizabeth Griego of Albuquerque, NM; brothers, Alfredo Landin and Fernando Griego of Albuquerque, NM; sister Veronica Landin of Fresno, CA; father in law, Patrick Seymour (and wife, Karen) of Albuquerque, NM; god mother, Christina Romero of Los Lunas, NM; and step-mother, Ann Landin of Montgomery, TX. He is preceded in death by his father, Fred Landin; brothers, John Landin and Daniel Landin; uncle, Charlie Romero Sr.; and mother-in-law, Jean Seymour.

Nugget was born on May 24, 1976 in Fresno, CA to Elizabeth Griego and Fred Landin. He graduated from West Mesa High School in 1994. He married Suzanne Seymour on June 21, 2004 in Albuquerque, NM and had been together for over 21 years. He worked at Diversified Protection Corp for 16 years and U6SOA Local 357 Union.

Nugget loved everything Disney. He also had a love for firearms and firearm safety. He regularly donated books to classrooms at Painted Sky Elementary School. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A memorial service will take place on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 10:00 am at Daniels Sara Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
