WEBER " Olive L. Weber, 87, passed away Feb 28, 2010. She was successfully recuperating from a hip replacement when other medical complications developed. She was born Jan 5, 1923 in Huntley, MT, to Josephine and Oliver Bingaman who homesteaded in that area. Olive is survived by 2 daughters Emily Hall of Copperas Cove TX and Gerry Copeland and husband Richard of Albuquerque; granddaughters Kristin and Tom Wilton of Ft. Sumner and Barbara and Chris Chamberlin of Las Cruces; great grandchildren Allison, Abby and Jordan Wilton of Ft. Sumner and Alex and Carter Chamberlin of Las Cruces; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Emile Weber; and her sisters; brother; in-laws; and other family and friends. Olive and her husband Emile made many moves during their military and working years, but they always returned to Albuquerque. Olive was very proud that she worked at Penney’s when Winrock Center opened. In recent years, Olive resided at the Village of Alameda and Paloma Landing. Olive was a special wife, mother, grandma and great grandma who always had a positive outlook and shared lots of love and smiles with many people. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, Bingo, Rummikub, eating out and any time spent with her family. In lieu of flowers, you may wish to send donations to the hospice organization in your area or a charity of your choice in Olive Weber’s honor.
