Oralia C. Griego

Griego, Oralia C. Age 75, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, was embraced by the Lord and taken to her heaven home Friday, April 27, 2012. She was born in Albuquerque, NM and was a resident of Rio Rancho, NM, where she a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Anita Casias; and her husband, Juan Jose Griego. Oralia is survived by her loving children, Theresa Montano, Lorraine Armijo and husband Dan, Patrick Griego and Adam Griego and Rebecca Rivas; her precious grandchildren, Jonathan, Michelle, Amanda, Valerie, Vanessa, and Danny; nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her brothers, Lorenzo, Gilbert and Willie Casias; sister, Isabel Saavedra; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Oralia will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 2, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, 9420 Fourth Street NW, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final viewing will be Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. also at Alameda Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd., SE, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15 p.m. Casket Bearers will be Dan Armijo, Johnny Montano, Julian Sisneros, Robert Pedroncelli, Herman Saavedra and Orlando Martinez.
