Maria Oralia Holguin entered into rest in her home in Socorro, New Mexico on December 16, 2020. She was born on November 19, 1942 to Martin and Clarita Lopez in Manzano, New Mexico. She was the fifth child of twelve children. Oralia was a long-time resident of Socorro and loved to spend her time driving around with her granddaughter Shantal and her other grandkids, singing, dancing, taking care of her precious puppies, making delicious food with and for her kids, spending her evenings on video-chat with her latest grandchild, and going to the casino with her husband. She was kind, loving, caring, and cherished her husband and family, as well as her relationship with God. She loved for her hair to be done by her grandchildren and would not go anywhere without making sure she had enough perfume on. Her laugh was contagious, and her heart was as pure as gold. She was very strong, and independent. Her life was a blessing and her memory a treasure. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. She is survived by her husband Adalberto Holguin, her son Felix William Saavedra and wife Paloma Saavedra, daughter Maryann Gutierrez and significant other Orlando Carrillo, son Marty and wife Julia Salas, daughter Julianna Quintana, she also had two sons Daniel, Paul Salas, and grandchild Mario Salas Fajardo who passed on. She is survived by her siblings, sister’s Pablita (Polly) Morales and Christella Chavez, brother’s Ted and Wilfred Lopez & families. Her passed on brothers & sister Manuel, Isaias, Mary Silva, Nazario, Lorenzo, Francisco, and Albino Lopez. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Felix L Saavedra, Brandie Saavedra, Esperanza Perez, Hezekiyah William Saavedra, David Gutierrez, Nicole Gutierrez, Melaine Gutierrez, Esperanza Hipsher, Fabian Martinez, Lashay McDaniel, Shantal Salas, Nevaeh Salas, Marty Salas Jr, Aaliyah Anaya, Julian Anaya, Angel Anaya, Joleena Rodarte, Danny (Leno) Rodarte, Kayla Quintana, Robert Salas, Little Daniel Salas, Daniella Quintana, Andrew (Memo) Baca, Sherrell Salas Armijo, Adrian Salas. She was also survived by her great grandchildren Javin Saavedra, Surenity Saavedra, Little Felix Saavedra, Lorenzo A Saavedra, Matthew Flores, Jhimayne McDaniel, Matthew McDaniel Jr, Jerikai Miera, Sonia Moreno, Arasely Moreno, Mia Moreno, Alexa Moreno, Adriana Gutierrez, David Gutierrez Jr, Jazlyn Fajardo, Jayden Fajardo, Iris Baca, Zeraiah Baca, Giovauni Armijo, Nabriah Armijo, and great great grandson Javin Saavedra Jr.
