Oraline J. Earley

Oraline J. Earley, 63 passed away the August 26, 2009, at her new home in Aztec, NM. after a two year battle with cancer. She was born January 15, 1946, in Billings, Montana, to James and Doris Stingley. She was a life long resident of Wyoming until her retirement in 2006 and then moved to New Mexico in 2007 to enjoy the easy life. She married Terry L. Earley on November 14, 1970 in Worland, WY. Terry was also a Wyoming resident for 40 years before moving to New Mexico to enjoy retirement. Oraline's father divorced and married Elizabeth Henry when she was very young. Through the years, Liz became the real mother that Oraline never had, and she came to love and cherish Liz. Oraline graduated from Worland High School in 1964. That is the same year she met and married Terry. Terry and Oraline lived in a number of towns throughout Wyoming during their 39 years together including Worland, Greybull, Dubois, and Gillette. They were in Gillette for 25 years before their retirement and moving to New Mexico. Orlaine worked at various jobs including Mountain Bell, the Security State Bank in Basin, the Cordero Mine, and finally Collins Communications both in Gillette for 11 years before retiring. Oraline and Terry enjoyed traveling together and one of their favorite places was all of the islands of the Carribbean. Learning the different cultures, meeting the local people, laying in the sun and playing in the water were always the highlights of every trip. With Oraline's outgoing personality, she never met anyone she didn't like. Oraline is survived by her husband, Terry of Aztec, two brothers Jimmy Stingley and Alan Stingley, both of Powell, WY. And two sisters, Brenda Haynes and Phyllis Massie, both of Salt Lake City, UT, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly and spoiled before sending them back to their parents. She was preceded in death by her father, James, and two infant twin sisters, Ramona and Leona. Arrangements for Oraline are with Alternative Choice Cremation and Funeral Services 804 N.
