Pam Beauparlant née Menhorn, beloved wife and friend, passed from this life Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010, in Farmington. She was born in Akron, Ohio, and raised in Phoenix. She married the love of her life, Chuck, in Litchfield Park, Ariz., on her birthday in 1976. Pam started her career as a nurse. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Communicative Disorders/Audiology from The University of New Mexico in 1983, and worked the last four years with the District Attorney's Office in Farmington. Pam was a perfectionist in every professional endeavor and was a valuable asset to any office environment. Pam was passionate about entertaining, camping, cooking, dancing and the outdoors. She was the ultimate hostess and loved the challenge of orchestrating the perfect murder mystery dinner party, the most authentic Hanukkah celebration, or the cleverest Dutch oven meal. Pam will be remembered for her refined elegance, love of Jimmy Buffett and a good margarita, her creative dance costumes and love of dancing, her many successes at Collector Car Shows with her Green Princess VW, and her commitment to her husband, dogs and friends. She was preceded in death by Kasha, her black Labrador; and her mother, Clara Hope Menhorn. She is survived by her devoted husband, Charles M. Beauparlant; and her golden Lab, Dusty. Cremation has taken place and Pam's ashes will be scattered at a later date.
