Age 88, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017. She was born in La Puente, NM on January 20, 1929, to Rueben and Rosa Manzanares. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Edwin Lopez; son, Andrew Lopez; sister, Rosalie Vigil and brother, Rueben Manzanares.

Pauline is survived by her sons, Ron (June) Lopez, Don Lopez, Paul (Georgianne) Lopez, James (Bonnie) Lopez, Carl (Stephanie) Lopez; daughter, Annette Lopez Schmidt; siblings, Mariano (Dilia) Manzanares, Rosie (Delphine) Martinez, Kathy (Tony) Esquibel, Dolores (Rueben) Gallegos, Nora (Benny) Martinez and Vangie (Gonzalo) Martinez; a host of nieces and nephews, both from Manuel and her own family side whom she loved very much.
Pauline enjoyed counting her grandchildren, Ron (Sandi) Lopez, Brian Lopez, Chimene Lopez, Don (Cheryl) Lopez Jr., Daniel (Jennifer) Lopez, Paul A. (Dora) Lopez, Jake Lopez, Audrey Dow, Michelle (Casey) Clayton, Heather (Greg) Taylor, Adrian Lopez, Ernestine Lopez, Jamie (AJ) Villa, Nicole Lopez (Felix Garcia), Phillip Lopez, Krista and Charles Arelleno, Ally Lopez, Virginia Lopez, Evelynn Lopez, Sarah (Rusty) Dean, Cole Schmidt and Keith Schmidt; and great grandchildren, Niko and Briar Lopez, Tyler and Justin Lopez, Anthony and Emily Marie Lopez, Jenna Eddie and Danielle Lopez, Bella, Jasmine and Faith Lopez, Elise and Brinlee Clayton, Travis and Michael Taylor, Brendan Tristan Lopez, Analise and Marcus Lopez, Josef Lopez, Jaylynn Villa and Kaleb, Isabella and Jude (coming soon) Garcia.

A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, 10:00 am, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 715 E. 4th St. Alamosa, CO 81101. Interment will be held on June 28, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Alamosa, CO with a reception to follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
