Pearl June Diehm

DIEHM, Pearl June, age 83, of Albuquerque went to the Lord Sunday, August 9, 2009. She was born to the late Elvine and Thelma Gay Longstaff Brodhecker on June 27, 1926 at Topeka, Kansas. Pearl, a graduate of Topeka High School, also attended Washburn University and University of Kansas. She was an avid Lobos fan and was a member of Monte Vista Christian Church and on the board of directors of the Albuquerque/New Mexico Sports Hall of Fame. She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years, L.F. "Tow" Diehm; brothers, Floyd and Lloyd Brodhecker. Survivors include her son, Gary E. Diehm and wife, Jana of Wichita Falls, Texas; daughter, Teresa J. Austin and husband, Mike of Albuquerque, NM;; sister-in-law, JoAnn Brodhecker of Homedale, Idaho and Jackie Brodhecker of Lompoc, CA; grandchildren, Logan and Kyndal Diehm of Wichita Falls, TX; , Gwendolyn Wilhelm Fowlkes and husband, Sean of Las Vegas, NV, Samantha Wilhelm of El Paso, TX; great-granddaughter, Isabella Pearl June Fowlkes.
