Peggy Camacho

Peggy Camacho, age 60, a resident of Belen, NM, passed away on April 6th, 2023. Peggy is preceded in death by Her parents, Nicañor & Edith Silva, and Her Brothers, Quate Silva & Bobby Silva. She is survived by Her children, Son, Miguel (Chardo) Silva and Daughters, Melanie Camacho, Altagracia Lujan, & Tina Murillo (Marcos). Her Siblings, Maryann Ruiz (Jose), Sonny Silva (Cecelia), Nick James Silva (Rosie), Timmy Silva (Dawn), Bonnie Montoya (Max) Jeanette Chavez, Cindy Anchondo (Lazaro), Larry Silva, Jerry Silva, and Tino Silva (Michelle).

Peggy was known as Peg, Pulga, Bugg, and was known for always smiling; especially showing off her Dimples. She was friendly, never met a stranger, always helped out, and she loved to make everyone laugh! She was one of a kind. She loved dancing, singing, going to the casinos, cooking, and could talk on the phone for hours. She loved going to go cheer on her grandson, Rope at the Lazada's. She liked to go and work and pick up golf balls in the field, made sure the car wash was picked up, and empty out the vacuum cleaners. She loved to go every Friday to get a hot meal at - St. Theresa of Calcutta Soup Kitchen. Peggy was loved by many everywhere she went and would stop in at.

Her favorite music was Cumbias, Ranchera, Norteñas, and Country.

Peggy always showed off her grandchildren who were, and always will be, her pride and joy.

Peggy's services will take place at the Daniels Funeral Home in Socorro, New Mexico. A visitation will take place on April 14th at 9:30 am followed by a Rosary at 10:00 am. Peggy will then be laid to rest at San Miguel Cemetery immediately following the Service.

Pallbearers Will be Her Grandchildren, Darius Silva, Dymomdlee Silva, Deondrah Silva, Devin Rivera, Marco Murillo Jr, Miguel Murillo, Araceli Murillo, and Sebastian Murillo.
