Perry Lee Kirk, Sr.

PERRY LEE KIRK, SR., 55, of Bloomfield went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 14, 2009 in Farmington, New Mexico surrounded by his family. He was born January 3, 1954 in Tahlaquah, Oklahoma the son of Willard and Neva Mae (Sawney) Kirk. Perry is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Lorraine (Abeyta) Kirk of Bloomfield, NM; four children Brenda L. Kirk of Texas, Margaret A. LeFebre and husband Ryan, Perry L. Kirk, Jr. and wife Monica S. Kirk all of Bloomfield; two brothers Tommy Kirk and wife Linda of Roswell, NM, Dan Kirk and wife Tina of Stilwell, OK; two sisters Sue Valdez of Stilwell, OK and Barbara Ewing and husband Ray of Muskogee, OK; numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Daddy never knew a stranger, and was always willing to help anyone in need. He was loved by all that knew him. Daddy touched the lives and hearts of everyone he ever met in his lifetime. To us, he was a hero and the greatest man in the world. Pallbearers are Perry Kirk, Jr., Tommy Kirk, Jr., Isaiah Abeyta, Ryan LeFebre, Jospeh Abetya, Eddy Watkins, Jr., and Ronnie Molina. Honorary pallbearers are Tim Cummins, Michael Watkins, Michael Dean, Bob Schmitz, Scott Pepper, Frank Florez, Gary Saiz, Rod Pinket, Matt Herrera, Mickey Gurule and Rueben Royval. Flower girls are all of Perry's sisters-in-law and nieces. The family would like to thank San Juan Regional Medical Center ICU Floor, for taking such wonderful care of our Daddy Perry Kirk and for being so patient to ALL of us. We thank you so much!!!
