Age 96, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2014. She was born in Polvadera, NM on November 28, 1917, to Rumaldo Zamora and Leonedez Chavez. She was preceded in death by her husband Ciriaco Herrera, whom she was married to for 59 years and her parents Rumaldo and Leonedez Zamora. Phyllis is survived by her son Edward Herrera; daughter Irma Zenger and Yvonne Zenger; 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, all of Albuquerque, NM. Phyllis was a member of Queen of Heaven Church. Memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Daniels Family Funeral Services-Carlisle Chapel, 3113 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM.
