Priscilla J. Maldonado-Dimas

Dimas (Maldonado), Priscilla Josephina Loving mother, devoted grandmother, great-grandmother, caring sister and friend left us to be with our Heavenly Father, January 7, 2013 while surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren whom she had devoted her life to caring for. She enjoyed cooking, bingo, arts and crafts with her grandchildren, singing and watching the game show network. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Manuelita, son, Telesfor; step-daughter, Myra; brothers, Junior and David; sister, Rita and the love of her life for 23 years, Art Medina. Priscilla is survived her sons, Bobby and Austin; step-son Michael; daughters, Dolores, Marta, Atocha, Sophie and Yvette; brothers, Stevie, Ardo, Larry, Raymond; sisters, Merlinda, Maryann, Ruby and Lucille; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends. Priscilla touched many hearts in her lifetime and showed love and compassion in everything she did. She was always eager to share a story from the past and was proud of the life she had lived. A Visitation will take place at Garcia Mortuary in the Chapel of Angels Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm followed by a reciting of the Rosary at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Service will also take place at Garcia Mortuary Friday, January 11, 2012 at 10:00 am; Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Priscilla was our strength and we are so thankful for every moment we had with her. Her children and grandchildren remain forever grateful for all her grace and unfailing love! Priscilla will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
