Ralph Vigil

Ralph J. Vigil “Lito”, 87 passed away Tuesday, November 28th, 2017 at his home in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Ralph was born on March 30, 1930 to Rafael and Ida Vigil of Santa Fe, New Mexico, the third youngest of 4 children.

Ralph severed in the US Army/Korean War.

He met his beautiful bride, Mary S. Smith and they married April 28, 1955.

Ralph began a long career with the Department of Corrections, Penitentiary of New Mexico, where he retired with 26yrs of service.
Ralph loved and cherished his time spent with family and friends.
He was an active member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Fraternal Order of Police for many years.
Ralph is survived by his son, Gilbert; and two daughter's Elizabeth and Patricia Vigil; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Ralph “Lito” was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary, his brother, sister and parents.

Services for Ralph are Monday December 11, 2017 at 9:00 am, at  Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 1120 Canyon Rd. Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501
