Madrid, Raymond Raymond Madrid 71, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2013 with his family by his side. Raymond was a very devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather. He was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and member of the Knights of Columbus council #641. Raymond was preceded in death by his brother John A. Madrid, 1st wife Marie Madrid and parents Felipe and Crecenciana Madrid. He left behind his wife Margie, son Damian Madrid, and daughter Monica Madrid, Raymond was blessed with 7 step children, Louie, Richard, Linda, Robert, Joseph ( ), Teri, and Edward. Raymond�s Grandchildren were truly the light of his life and he and Margie were blessed with 24 Grandchildren and 24 Great-Grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6 ,2013 at 6:00 PM at Sacred Heart Church on 412 Stover Ave. SW, with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 12:00 Noon, Fr. Stephen Imbarrato, celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A reception will be celebrated immediately following services at the Knights of Columbus council #641.
