Raymond Francis Rupp

RAYMOND FRANCIS RUPP, 54, of Farmington, NM passed away Friday, August 1, 2008 at UNM Hospital as a result of an industrial accident. Ray was born April 4, 1954 in Hays, Kansas the son of Francis Richard Rupp and Adilene Joy (Bolen) Rupp. He attended Arvada Junior High and later graduated from Arvada High School in Arvada , Colorado . Ray moved to Farmington in 1974 and later married Dianna Lynn Pate on October 18, 1975 in Farmington . Ray was employed with Key Energy for 10 years as a supervisor. Among his hobbies and interests were bowling and softball. Ray is survived by his wife and the love of his life Lynn Pate Rupp of Farmington; daughters Jenny Rupp and fianc' Theron Saville, Shelly (Jeremy) Butt and Shawna (Edward) Saiz; parents Adilene Joy Rupp and his mother-in-law Shirley June Pate; sisters Kathleen Hawkins (Chuck Camp) Annette (Tom) Settle, Barbara (John) Toward, Kim (Richard) Brewer; brothers Edwin (Carole) Rupp, John Rupp, and Doug (Abby) Pate; and 5 grandchildren whom he loved and adored; also is survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and many dear friends. Ray was preceded in death by his father Francis Richard Rupp, father-in-law LeeRoy Pate, his son Tony Rupp and his grandparents.
Pallbearers are Raynard Keeswood, Rick Caillier, Trey Settle, Edward Saiz, Jeremy Butt, Branden McLaughlin, Joshua Pate, and Mark Pate. Honorary pallbearers are all employees of Key Energy. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any Four Corner's Community Bank in Ray's memory.
