Raymond J. Sinwell
Age 85, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018. He was born in Pittsburg, PA on August 3, 1932, to John and Mary Sinwell. He attended Duquesne University, Old Dominion University, and Golden Gate University from 1949-1973, graduating with his Masters. Mr. Sinwell served in the U.S. Navy for 21 years and held the rank of Naval Aviator. He served in the Vietnam War, and was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal China Service, and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. Raymond was the proud owner of AEROSHIRT Company for 12 years and over 25 years obtained special awards for musical theatre. He was an avid reader and loved photography. He had membership in the Kiwanis Club, the Navy League Musical Theatre South West, and the Mercedes Club. Raymond attended the Prince of Peace Catholic Church and will be dearly missed. 
He was preceded in death by his daughter; Mary Sinwell Pinto, and grandson; William Daniel Martin.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Sinwell; daughter, Carol Martin and husband Bill, son; Stephen Sinwell and wife Rhonda and seven grandchildren. 
Services will be held at a later date at the Daniels Family Wyoming Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE 87109.  Interment to follow at Miramar National Cemetery .
