Rena M. Metz, Age 96, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016. She was born in Bridgeport, NY on May 16, 1920, to Elton Roberts and Laura Moore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Metz, Daughter Judy Francher, Sister, Ruth Bryerton and her Brother Glenn Roberts .
Rena is survived by sons, John Metz, Jr and wife Joan from Summerfield, Florida, Jim Metz and wife Cecilia from Albuquerque, New Mexico and sister Barbara Damon from Bridgeport, New York.
Service will be held on Friday, September 23, at the Carlisle Chapel at 6:00pm and reception to follow. Funeral services to take place in Cortland, New York.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to, Grace and Holy Spirit Church, 13 Court St. Cortland, New York, 13045.
