Rene J. Diaz

Rene J. Diaz, age 60, beloved son, father and brother was embraced by our Lord Jesus Saturday, December 1, 2018 and taken to his heavenly home. He was born in Albuquerque , NM on August 11, 1958, to Felix and Virginia Chavez.

He was preceded in death by his father Felix V. Diaz; brothers, Arnulfo and Felix Diaz; grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Jasso, Rodolfo and Julie; step father Lee E. Chavez.

Rene is survived by his loving mother Virginia Chavez; brothers, Armando and Ramiro Diaz; sons, Emilio and Michael Diaz; aunt, Mary D. Chavez; uncle Rueben Jasso; four grandchildren. He attended West Mesa High School. He served in the US Army/Desert Storm. His favorite pass time was spending time with his family. He loved the movies, flea market, sports, jerky and cooking his favorite meals.

Rene will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose lives he touched.
