Maldonado- Reyna Arciero Maldonado age 84, longtime resident of Silver City, NM and current resident of Rio Rancho, NM transitioned to her Heavenly home surrounded by her loving family at her home in Rio Rancho on June 13, 2017. She was born on October 17, 1932 in Deming, NM to Seferina Alcorta and Simon Arciero. She was raised
by her mother Seferina and loving stepfather Benito Torres.
She was preceded in death by her husband Luis R. Maldonado, her parents, sister Ramona Yniguez, brother Richard Torres and other family members. Reyna is survived by daughter Vicky Moreno (Jose), sons Robert (Irene), Barney (Cathy) and Thomas (Stacy); 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be on Friday June 16, 2017 at 6 pm at Daniels Funeral Home, 4310 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho, NM with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday June 17, 2017 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Aquinas, 1502 Sara Rd. SE, Rio Rancho with burial to follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho, NM.
