CARNES- Richard Clay Carnes, 50, passed away Thursday, July 14, 2011. He is survived by his two daughters, Alexandra Carnes, Shasta Flovian; numerous brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents. Richard will always be remembered as a kind and caring person. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00pm, Thursday, July 21, 2011.
