Age 87, passed away Monday, May 13, 2019. He was born in Sparta, WI on July 9, 1931, to Virgil and Hellen Frosch.

Richard is survived by his wife, Karla Frosch; sons, Brad Frosch, and, Bruce Frosch of Corrales, NM .

Richard will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
