Richard "Rick" Lee Means
Age 83, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2015. He was born in Eminence, MO on April 11, 1932, to Ferlind and Velma Means. Rick spent more than 50 years as an automotive mechanic. His special interests and hobbies were auto racing and golf. Richard was NASCAR Winston Racing Series champion in 1983. Richard was also a member of First Baptist Church in Edgewood, NM. Rick is survived by wife, MaryAnn Means of Edgewood, NM; sons Michael, Jeff and Don Means; daughters Connie Joe Koehler, Lisa Means, Paula Valenzuela, and Dianne Hunt; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 3 pets Kodi bear, Muffy and Mo Mo. Service will be held on Saturday May 23, 2015, at 10;00 am at The Carlisle Chapel . Interment will be on Tuesday May 26, 2015 at 10:00 am at Sunset Memorial Gardens 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM .
