Age 78, passed away Friday, September 11, 2015. He passed away at home surrounded by his family. He fought a courageous battle with cancer. He was a member of the United States Coast Guard and worked as an Air Traffic controller for 27 years before retiring. He then went on to be an instructor for 26 years. He leaves behind his wife of 41 years, Helen Ridley. His daughter Lorri Patrick and husband Bill; his son Jeff Ridley; Stepdaughters Yvonne Anaya, Edwina Flores and husband Bobby, and Stephanie Martinez and husband Johnny; his five grandchildren Tyler Patrick and wife Caitlin, Nicole Barmore and husband Ryan, Dominick Anaya, Patrick Travis, and Joe Martinez; his two great grandchildren Aiden Patrick and Thessalie Travis. He was a good man and will be greatly missed. A Graveside Service will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501, on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 9:45 AM.
