Robert L. Cordova

CORDOVA - Ret. Cpt. Robert L. Cordova, 58 beloved and devoted son, father, brother, and grandfather of La Jara New Mexico completed his journey on this earth May 11, 2011. He was born November 29, 1952 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is preceded in death by; his father Eddie B. Cordova and daughter Serena Amor Cordova, paternal grandparents Daniel and Elvira Cordova, also maternal grandparents Jose Trujillo and Ramoncita Gutierrez. He is survived by his children; Cassandra , and husband Nathan Crespin, Modesta Couch, Joshua, Gabriel, Timothy and Bethany Cordova his mother Sylvianita Cordova, his brother Ernesto Cordova, sisters, Mercy (Manuel) Garcia, Vera(Fred) Garcia Beverly (Roger) Corrales and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitations will be Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Gallina. An evening service will be conducted at 7:00 pm also at the church. Final viewing will be held Wednesday May 18 from 8:00am to 9:00am also at the church. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday May 18, 2011 at 9:00am at the Christian Faith Fellowship Church in Gallina. Interment will take place at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30pm. Casket bearers will be Amos Corrales, Raymond Anthony, Matthew Garcia, Eddie and Chris Garcia, Estefan Cordova. Honorary casket bearers will be Freddie Garcia, Bethany and Timothy Cordova, Nathan Crespin, Ernesto Cordova, Manuel Garcia, Fred Garcia, Roger Corrales,and Gabriel Trujillo.
