Robert G. Green

Green, Robert G. Age 69, a resident of Albuquerque since 1986 passed away, March 3, 2013 after a long illness. He is survived by wife, Sharon Gooddloe-Green, two sons; Gregory (wife Trish), and Robert Jamal Green, one brother William Smith (wife Tina) of Newport News, Virginia, one sister Mary Chenault of Orlando, Florida, 2 granddaughters; Quiana and Aja Green, several aunts and uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives. Robert retired from The United States Army after 27 years of honorable service and 15 years at Raymond G. Murray VA Medical Center in Albuquerque. He is a member of Phillips Chapel CME Church where he worked on the usher ministry and the culinary ministry. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 7, 2013, 6:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Strong-Thorne Chapel, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. Service will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013, 10:00 am, at Phillips Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, 1401 Edith Blvd SE, Albuquerque.
