Robert C Martinez

MARTINEZ, Robert C, passed away unexpectedly February 7, 2010 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born September 17, 1950 in Embudo, NM, the son of Rogerio and Priscilla Martinez. During high school, Bobby enjoyed his favorite hobby of playing the trumpet as well as assisting the band director. Bobby graduated from Penasco High School, class of 1968. Lance Corporal Robert Martinez served with the United States Marine Corp. during the Vietnam era after graduating from high school. He pursued playing the trumpet while attending college at New Mexico State University. He is survived by one brother, Roger Martinez (Oralia); sisters Kris Martinez (Harold-deceased); Jane Martinez (Cruz); Laura Gutierrez (Ernie); and Amy Martinez (Hector). Nieces and Nephews and extended families; Brenda Armijo (Brianna and Miguel); Geraldine (Tommy) Montoya (Melody and Selena); Elias (Lynette) Martinez (Joaquin, EJ, and Kendra); Albert (Dajon) Martinez; Aisha and Mario Martinez; Irene (Dana) Cisneros (Patrick and Jaylen); Patrick (Felecia)Cisneros (Audry) and Desiree (Jessie) Martinez; Melissa (Chris) Maxwell (Ethan); Faithe (Steven) Gutierrez (Joslyn and Anthony); Nydia and Emilo Martinez.
