Roberta passed away peacefully on October 16, 2013. She was born January 9, 1927 in Salpulpa, OK; married Stanley T. Landrith June 10, 1947. Roberta was a resident of Albuquerque for 63 years. She was a dedicated employee at the office of Peat, Marwick and Mitchell for ten years before resigning to raise her two daughters. She was a past president and active member of Sanado Womens Club. Roberta was multi-talented - a fine seamstress, quilter, and artist who also had excellent financial and business skills. She made the best pies in North America. She was renowned for her generosity. Roberta was preceded in death by Stanley, her husband of 54 years. She is survived by daughters, Dana Landrith (Steve) Goldberg, Kimberly Landrith (Don) Hegermiller; 4 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Roberta was a loving soul who will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know her. Roberta had a special gift with babies and love for children; to honor this, her family requests donations be made to Pete's Playground at the University of New Mexico Hospital. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 2:30 pm at St. Mark's on the Mesa Episcopal Church, 431 Richmond Place NE, Albuquerque.
