Rosa Emma Quintana

Rosa Emma Quintana, 69, of Farmington, passed away from this life Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, at the Heart Hospital in Albuquerque. Rosa was born Nov. 15, 1940, in Janos, Mexico, the daughter of Jose Felix Castillo and Leandra (Zapata) Castillo. Rosa is survived by her husband, Baldomero Quintana Sr. of Farmington; daughter, Nelly Cordova and husband, Bobby, of Farmington; son, Baldomero Quintana Jr. and wife, Andrea, also of Farmington; four beautiful grandchildren, Carlos Flores and Veronica, Alex Flores and Amanda, Nancy and Melissa Quintana; five great-grandchildren, Adriana, Carlos, Ezequiel, Gracie and Emma Flores; and her brothers, Sergio, Osbaldo and Martin Castillo. Rosa was a very loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed going to the casino, cooking for her family and putting others first and herself last. Rosa also loved wearing perfume. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. God bless you, Rosa, until we meet again.
