Rosalie Montiel

Montiel, Rosalie Loving mother, sister, grandmother and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the age of 62. She was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on February 15, 1950 to Reyes and Elvira Montiel. Rosalie adored her family and loved spending time with them; she also enjoyed playing bingo, watching movies and Mariachi Music. She is survived by her loving daughters, Christina Garcia-Gonzales and Fiance Sam Cordova, Lynette Montoya and husband Art, Cassandra Montiel and Fiance Carlos Trujillo; sisters, Edisa Montiel, Marylou Montiel-Marquez and brother, Reyes Montiel Jr.; grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Clarissa, Reyes, Gabriel, Samantha, Ashley, Diego, Raeanna and Angelo; two great-grandchildren, Isabella and Hope and numerous other friends and family. A Rosary will be recited at Garcia Mortuary in the Chapel of Angels on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 9:30 am followed by a Communion Mass at 10:00 am; Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Rosalie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Garcia Mortuary
