Rose Marie Neel

NEEL - Rose Marie Neel, 81, passed away on November 22, 2009. She was born September 12, 1928, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the daughter of Alice Arnold and Ray Neel. In 1974, Rose Marie was one of six original members of the Association for Retarded Citizens (ARCA) Group Home Program where she lived most of her late life. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Joyce Neel; nephew, Richard Neel; nieces, Vickie Neel Otto and husband Ken Otto, Deanna Neel Saiz and husband Bernard Saiz; grandnieces and grandnephews, Leah Otto Derence, Michael Otto, Stephen Saiz and Kristen Saiz and great grandsons, Ezra and Lucas Derence. Cremation has taken place and her cremains will be interred beside her mother in the Arnold Family Plot in the IOOF Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM.
