Rosemary H. Janowski

Rosemary H. Janowski, 88, passed away on April 10, 2017.  She was born on November 12, 1928 in Harlan, Iowa. Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband John H. Janowski, who passed in 2011. Rosemary is survived by her sons, Mark of St. Louis, MO, Martin and wife Rosemarie of Avondale, AZ; daughters, Mary Clare Janowski of Albuquerque, NM, Margaret Janowski and husband Mark of Bastrop, TX; grandson, David Janowski ; and brother Dr. Gerald J. Schwab of Peoria, Illinois. Rosemary graduated from St. Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana. Rosemary was a music and kindergarten teacher and participated in numerous church activities including Legion of Mary and EMOHC at Queen of Heaven Parish and the Annual Rosary Rally.
The family would also like to thank the staff at Canyon Transitional Rehabilitation Center, for their loving caring of Mrs. Janowski.

Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, beginning at 9:30 am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, inurnment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Franciscan Monastery of St. Clare, 22625 Edgewater, Elkhorn, NE 68022-3501.
