Rosendo C. Lopez

Lopez, Rosendo Rosendo C. Lopez , 85, beloved, companion, father and grandfather, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011. He was born May 5, 1926 to the late Jose and Nieve Lopez, and was a life long resident of Alameda, NM. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, and of the Loyal Order of Moose. Rosendo is survived by his loving companion, Geneve Baca of Albuquerque, NM; son, Tony Lopez; daughter, Michelle Crawford and husband, Jim; five grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 16, 2011 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary. Final Viewing will be Wednesday, August 17, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services-Alameda Mortuary. Service of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 9502 Fourth St. NW, Albuquerque. Casket Bearers will be Bonifacio Baldonado, Jim Crawford, Kenneth Sanchez, Florie Olguin, Luis Marquez, and David Montoya.
