Roy Lawrence Montano

Roy Lawrence Montano, age 49, beloved father, son, and brother, was embraced by the Lord Jesus, Saturday, December 7, 2013. He was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. Roy was a cook by trade, and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. On his spare time he like playing pole. He was preceded in death by his mother, Fanny Montano; brothers, Jesse, Roger, and Bobby Montano. Roy is survived by his daughter, Erika Montano; his loving father, Jose Montano; and his siblings, Viola Maya, Jimmy Montano, Linda Williams and husband Albert, Danny Montano and wife Valerie, and Patrick Montano; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Roy will be greatly missed by all. A Rosary will be recited Monday, December 23, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 9502 Fourth St., NW, followed by Mass at 9:00 a.m. Inurnment will take place at San Carlos Cemetery.
