Daniels Family Funeral Services 2400 Southern Blvd Rio Rancho, NM 87124 505-891-9192 Sandoval, Rudy Age 66, resident of Rio Rancho, NM, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2013, at home surrounded by his wife, family and friends. Mr. Sandoval served a four-year tour, 1965 to 1969, in the United States Navy, and retired from active duty due to injuries sustained aboard aircraft carrier USS Bon Homme Richard. He earned a Bachelor�s Degree from the College of Santa Fe. He was preceded in death by his parents Ramon Sandoval and Carmen Maes Sandoval; brothers, Raymond Sandoval, Jr. and Vale Muller; godparents, Genaro and Loai Garcia. Mr. Sandoval is survived by his wife of 34 years, Cecilia Sandoval. He is also survived by a loving godchild; six nieces and nephews, two from CA and four from Santa Fe, NM. A Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services � Southern Chapel, 2400 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment to follow at 1:30 pm at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mario Gonzales; Gene Pacheco; Jim Martin; Roger Padilla; Dennis Vigil; Charlie Gonzales. Wholehearted gratitude and thanks goes to Presbyterian Hospice doctors, nurses and staff for their loving care.
