Age 69, passed away Friday, February 17, 2017. She was born in Angola, IN on October 7, 1947, to Lawrence and Nettie Wilbanks Dircks. Sandra was a very caring and loving person who loved her children and adored her grandchildren. Sandra will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father; son, Benjamin C. Gutierrez Jr.; husband, Benjamin Gutierrez Sr.; sister, Sheri Surrett; granddaughters, Monique Gutierrez and Kasey Gutierrez. Sandra is survived by her mother, Nettie Alice Dircks; daughters, Charla Alsvig, Teresa Gutierrez, Patricia Gutierrez, and Juanita Trujillo; son, Christian Gutierrez; grandchildren, Billy Jack Moore, Shawnalee Barbee, Tommy Lee Barbee, Luke Nielsen, Angel Trujillo, Isaiah Trujillo, Naomi Trujillo and Damion Gutierrez; great-grandchildren, Nichole Moore, Nicholas Moore, and Warren West. A Celebration of Sandra's Life will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 10:00 am at Daniels Family Funeral Services Chapel, 309 Garfield, Socorro, NM.
