Santina Ligammari

LIGAMMARI - Santina Ligammari's life came to a peaceful end January 31, 2010 at the age of 101. Born in Sicily, Italy on February 2, 1908 has been a resident of Albuquerque, NM since 2003. She was a sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. She raised 5 children with her husband Pappa: Nick, Michael, Vincent, Rosie, and Frank. She has 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren all of which loved her dearly. Santina enjoyed cooking, crocheting, sewing and sharing life experiences with her family and friends. She was a traditional, calm, positive, and supportive individual making life enjoyable for all that knew her. The family wishes to extend an invitation to her friends, family and acquaintances to join them in a memorial service to celebrate her life. There will be a Visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 2400 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 5, 2010 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 1502 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM, followed by a burial at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Rd SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
