Scott Lee Veretto

Scott Lee Veretto, 41, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2020. Scott is survived by his parents, sisters, nieces, nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, Scott had a kind spirit, a great sense of humor, and a ton of charm. He was raised an outdoorsman, taking annual hunting and fishing trips with his family and close friends. A reliable friend who loved helping others, his outgoing personality was enchanting. He was always the life of the party.

Scott was a skilled mechanic who loved fast cars and fast motorcycles, he learned his craft from his father, working together in the family business.

All who loved him know that he faced many struggles in his life; he made some mistakes, but never stopped trying to be a better man. His friends and family remain proud of his efforts, his humility and, most of all, his tenacity. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

There will be no public service. Instead, Scott’s family members and friends will be taking a moment of silence at 10:21 pm on New Years Eve in honor of Scott’s memory.
