Serena Loretta Ross

Serena Loretta Ross, age 20, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 4, 2016.  Serena was born February 12, 1996 in Muskegon, MI and moved to New Mexico in 2008 when her family relocated here.  Serena is lovingly remembered for her outgoing personality. She was dearly loved by her family and friends. Serena graduated from Rio Rancho High School in 2015; then she completed her certificate with Job Corps earlier this year. She loved zebra stripes and purple and she was a Cowboys football fan. Another of her passions was dancing. Serena is survived by her parents, Steve and Carrie Ross; mother, Tanya Adair; brothers and sisters, Matthew Ross, Taylor Ross, Brent Brown, Kylie Berry; grandparents, Orven and Joyce Nicholes, Pat and Karen Benham, JoAnn Ross as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial Gathering will take place at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 4310 Sara Road and Meadowlark Lane in Rio Rancho from 1 pm until 4 pm on Saturday, December 10, 2016.  Private urn placement will take place at a later time.
